Therapy is more than an appointment, it’s an investment in your future.

  • Insurance & Superbills

    I’m an out-of-network provider and don’t bill insurance directly. However, I’ll happily provide a superbill at the end of each month. You can submit this to your insurer if you have out-of-network benefits. Be sure to check with your provider to understand your coverage.

  • First Responders & EAP Coverage

    I understand the unique demands and stressors or first responder work. If your department uses Concern EAP and you qualify, I accept it for up to two individual sets. After those initial sets, ongoing therapy transitions to a private pay rate of $185 per session. I do not accept Concern EAP for couples counseling. This is because couples therapy involves distinct challenges and requires advanced, specialized training to address relationship dynamics effectively, especially when navigating the complex impact of first responder careers on partnerships.

Session Rates:

  • 50‑minute Individual Session – $185

  • 50‑minute Couples Session – $210

  • 90‑minute Extended Session (Brainspotting or Couples) – $350

Reserve Your Time

Extended sessions offer more space to dive in, whether that’s through Brainspotting or in-depth couples work. Because they require longer time blocks, cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee. This policy helps ensure I can continue offering these valuable, uninterrupted sessions.

Some challenges deserve more than standard time. Whether it’s deep trauma work, relational complexity, or focused Brainspotting, 90-minute sessions allow for meaningful breakthroughs without feeling rushed.
